Just wanted to make a short comment/response to an unexpected and somewhat surprising little "event" that I noticed when I logged-into this Account today.

For some strange, and to me, inexplicable reason one of my photographs, that has been online since early April 2012, and had only a couple of views and maybe a few s — which is usually the "norm" for my photographs (ho hum) — has received a rush of Views and a large number of s!  For me, this is surprising, as it is what I call a "sleeper" which has, seemingly, "awoken" from obscurity.



So, for whatever the reasons, or explanation, I'd like to say "Thank YOU" to all those new visitors and supporters. Thank you for the interest, and more so, "thank you" for raising this photograph from the "depths" of my .... and in closing, a BIG THANK YOU to my ers .... who remain loyal and encouraging to my photographic efforts.



Edit Addition: Okay, okay... I'm a bit "slow" on the uptake ... now I realise what happened, this piece was given a DD, which I had not noticed before. Now that explains the rapid increase in visits/views and s ....
